Members of Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland, TN recently attended the Annual Education Conference (AEC) in Nashville, Tennessee, hosted by our parent organization, the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries (NAJA). Eight members from our chapter were proud to represent Cleveland as they joined Junior Auxiliary women from chapters across the Southeast for this enriching experience.
The Annual Education Conference is always a valuable opportunity for learning, leadership development, and connection. Attendees participated in a dynamic plenary session, along with a variety of breakout sessions designed for both officers and general members. These sessions provided practical tools, fresh perspectives, and inspiration that our members are excited to bring back to our local chapter and community.
In addition to educational programming, AEC offered meaningful opportunities to network with women from other Junior Auxiliary chapters, strengthening friendships and sharing ideas that support the mission of Junior Auxiliary organizations across the region. The conference also included awards and recognition, celebrating excellence and dedication within the association.
Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland is grateful for the opportunity to participate in this conference and remains committed to continued growth, leadership, and service. Experiences like AEC help ensure that our members are well-prepared to serve our chapter and the Cleveland community with knowledge, creativity, and purpose.
