Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland Hosts Board Training with Chapter Support Coordinator

Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland, TN recently held its June Board Meeting on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Las Margaritas on 25th Street, welcoming special guest Lisa Allen, our newly assigned Chapter Support Coordinator (CSC) from the Nashville area.

Ms. Allen led an engaging and informative training session designed to strengthen our Board’s leadership and prepare for the year ahead. One of the highlights of the meeting was an interactive Constitution activity, which encouraged members to deepen their understanding of Junior Auxiliary guidelines and governance in a collaborative and thoughtful way.

Throughout the session, Ms. Allen emphasized the importance of staying grounded in the Junior Auxiliary mission while also setting clear, intentional goals for the upcoming service year. Board members engaged in meaningful discussions focused on recruitment, fundraising, and project planning, with a shared commitment to ensuring that all initiatives directly meet the evolving needs of our community.

A key theme of the meeting was the desire to rebuild and strengthen our presence within the community. Board members reflected on ways to increase awareness of Junior Auxiliary’s work and reinforce the important role our chapter plays in serving children and families across Cleveland and Bradley County.
