Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland, TN was delighted to host another successful Teddy Bear Picnic today at the Cleveland Bradley Public Library, welcoming families from across the community for a morning filled with laughter, learning, and fun.
Children arrived with their favorite teddy bears and enjoyed a variety of activities designed to encourage play, creativity, and family engagement. This year’s event featured exciting new additions, including a teddy bear color-sorting activity and new prize opportunities, which were enthusiastically received by attendees.
Returning favorites also made the day special. Families enjoyed storytime, cookie decorating, parachute play, and relaxing picnics on the library lawn. Each child also received balloons, snack packs, goodie bags, and a new book to take home, helping to foster a love of reading long after the event ended.
The Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland is grateful for the generous support of community partners whose donations helped make the event possible, including Edward Jones, Walmart, and Publix. Special thanks also go to the Ocoee Middle School Beta Club members who volunteered their time and energy to assist with activities throughout the day.
The organization would also like to extend its sincere appreciation to the Cleveland Bradley Public Library for once again hosting this beloved community event and providing a welcoming space for families to gather.
Events like the Teddy Bear Picnic reflect Junior Auxiliary’s commitment to serving children and families in the Cleveland-Bradley County community. We are thankful to everyone who attended and helped make this year’s picnic such a memorable success.
